Missing Bell county man 88 year old Rufus Ernest Wolfe of the Shilala Village area has returned home safely as of 5:00 pm Saturday, January 23, 2021.

A Golden Alert has been issued for 88 year old Rufus Ernest Wolfe missing from the Shillala Village of Bell County Kentucky. Mr. Wolfe was last seen driving a blue 2019 Ford Ecosport and is believed to be traveling in the direction of Southern Pines, North Carolina from his home in Bell County. He could possibly be in the area of Boiling Springs Lake, North Carolina.
Mr. Wolfe is described as a white male 5' 6" tall, 165 with a thin build, green eyes, and gray hair with a fair complexion. Mr. Wolfe is possibly suffering from dementia and may be confused.
