On Saturday afternoon February 20, 2021 at approximately 4:00 pm, Middlesboro Police executed a search warrant on a home on Parker Lane after several complaints of drug activity in the area.
The result of the search yielded a quantity of prescription drugs and the arrest of two individuals now lodged in the Bell County Detention Center.
Taken into custody were 39-year-old Johnathan "John Boy" Partin and 19-year-old Derrick Coleman both of Middlesboro.
They were both charged with trafficking in controlled substance - 1st degree, 1st offense (less than 10 dosage units of opiates) and possession of controlled substance - 1st degree (drug unspecified).
