In conjunction with on-going investigations, Middlesboro Police Lt. Joe Holder has been serving criminal complaint warrants regarding drug trafficking in the city.
On Friday, November 22, 2019 Lt. Holder arrested 49-year-old Mark England of Middlesboro just after 4pm and lodged in the Bell County Detention Center charged with two counts of trafficking in controlled substance – 1st degree, 1st offense – drug unspecified.
He was held on a cash bond and released after posting $5,000.
On Sunday, November 24, 2019 Lt. Holder arrested 34-year-old Jonathan Junior Hill of Middlesboro. He was lodged in the Bell County Detention Center a short time after 11:00am. Hill is charged with two counts of trafficking in controlled substance – 1st degree, 1st offense and served a $663.00 outstanding pay or stay warrant. He is being held on a $5,000 full cash bond.
Later on Sunday Lt. Holder arrested 44-year-old Shannon Ealy of Middlesboro. Ealy was booked into the Bell County Detention Center just after 6:00pm charged with trafficking in controlled substance – 1st degree, 1st offense – drug unspecified schedule 1 & 2. He is being held on a $2,500 cash bond.
