Smith Kentucky man charged with multiple sexual offenses against a family member

On Friday March 4, 2022, Kentucky State Police arrested a Smith, Ky. man on sexual offenses.

KSP Trooper Caldwell booked 28-year-old Willard Slusher into the Harlan County Detention Center after he was charged with rape - 1st degree - victim under the age of 12, incest - 1st degree - victim under the age of 12 or serious physical injury, sodomy - 1st degree - victim under the age of 12, and sexual abuse - 1st degree - victim under the age of 12.

He is being held on a total cash bond of $250,000.
