From the Pineville Community Health Center -
Pineville Community Health Center announces significant progress in the hospital’s growth and service to the community, while addressing recent developments with verifiable information.
On November 27, 2024, Michael Frey was removed from the hospital, along with other Health Center personnel. Prior to their removal an internal investigation was initiated and continues. The Pineville Community Health Center is working with the proper state and federal authorities.
The Health Center is now under the leadership of a highly competent and dedicated team. The Health Center’s new administration is focused on the proper care and direction of the hospital, ensuring it thrives for the benefit of our community.
The past month has been marked by the dissemination of false narratives, which we firmly reject. These stories have sought to distort the truth and distract from the hospital’s mission. We are addressing these unfounded allegations through appropriate legal channels. We strongly deny any allegations of misappropriation of funding by current Administration or Board members.
Despite these challenges, Pineville Community Health Center has made remarkable strides toward enhancing healthcare services in the region. We have exciting new announcements forthcoming about our new Cardiac Rehabilitation Program, and Orthopedic Services. Our hospital is thriving and continues to deliver quality care at the highest level to our region. Under the guidance of our new administration, we are progressing at a faster pace than ever before, ushering in a new era of growth and excellence.
The people of the Pineville region deserve a hospital that prioritizes their health and well-being, and we are committed to delivering just that. We are grateful to the community and look forward to continuing to serve you with integrity and innovation.
