Middlesboro Officers responded to the business at approximately 8:00am after a call from the manager regarding a break-in and subsequent theft.
The manager stated that the safe was found open and $2,428.39 in cash was missing.
Officer Johnathan Kinder tells WRIL that he determined two individuals entered the business through the drive-up window. Both individuals were masked and wearing gloves.
Officer Kinder is in charge of the on-going investigation and was assisted on scene by Sgt. Harvey Johnson and Officer Jake Partin.
