From The Middlesboro Police Department -
The MPD is announcing they have arrested a Middlesboro man for promoting a minor under the age of 16 in a sexual performance and procuring/promotional use of a minor by electronic means.
The investigation, led by Lt./Det. Barry Cowan, assisted by Investigator Ryan Collins, determined that 20-year-old Daniel Moquin had been sending and receiving sexually explicit pictures and videos with a 15-year-old female residing in Kansas.
Moquin has been transported to and lodged in the Bell County Detention Center.
