On Monday, November 23, 2020 at 10:17pm Middlesboro Officer Caleb Ayers arrested a man after he burglarized Dream Furniture at the Village Square Shopping Center.
In his citation, Officer Ayers states that 31 year old Casey Earls was charged with burglary - 3rd degree when he broke into the business on Wednesday night November 18, 2020 "with the intent to commit a crime".
Earls was arrested behind Walmart in Middlesboro and lodged in the Bell County Detention Center. He was additionally served a bench warrant for failure to appear in court.
