On Friday, August 28, 2020 at approximately 2:00 am Knox County Deputy Bobby Jones was patrolling in Flat Lick when he observed a male passed out inside a vehicle at the Wildcat Market parking lot.
After checking the man, Deputy Jones arrested Dustin Earl Hawk age 37 of Middlesboro, KY charging him with Public Intoxication/Controlled Substance. While still the market parking lot, a female approached Deputy Jones and stated that she had given Dustin Hawk a ride to the market.
Deputy Jones arrested Kristina Mae Williams age 18 of Pineville, KY charging her with Trafficking in Controlled Substance-1st Degree after he located a plastic baggy containing suspected methamphetamine and a set of digital scales in her possession. Dustin Hawk and Kristina Williams were lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
