Laurel County woman charged with murder

A Laurel County woman is behind bars after being accused of murder.
Investigators determined 41 year old Melzena Moore of London was the suspect of a shooting death on Cole from Friday night May 22, 2020 after a neighbor found the victim with multiple gunshot wounds.
Deputies located Moore off of Jervis Lane. She was was arrested and charged with murder.
She was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center on a $250,000 cash bond.
