On December 13, 2021 Court Security Officer James Smith arrested Christopher C White age 32 of Richmond, KY on a Madison County Bench Warrant for failure to appear on Assault-4th Degree and Contempt of Court charges. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
On December 13, 2021 Court Security Officer James Smith arrested Oliva Mills age 46 of Barbourville, KY on a Knox County Bench Warrant for failure to appear on Assault-4th Degree and Contempt of Court Charges. She was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
On December 14, 2021 at approximately 6:45 pm Deputy Scotty Wilson received a complaint of a man acting strange, lying on the pavement, getting in and out of his vehicle, and talking to himself in the parking lot of the old Advance Auto Parts building at the junction of US 25 E and KY 1629 in Corbin. After arriving at the location and making contact with the man, Deputy Wilson arrested Stephen R Monhollen age 40 of Corbin, KY charging him with Public Intoxication/Controlled Substance and Prescription Controlled Substance not in Proper Container. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
On December 17, 2021 at approximately 1:30 pm SGT Carl Frith responded to a report of a male and female fighting in the yard of a residence located on Green Ackers Road in Bimble. When SGT Frith arrived, he observed the female in the yard yelling. After contacting the parties involved, SGT Frith arrested Ashley Smith age 33 of Bimble, KY charging her with Public Intoxication/ Controlled Substance and Assault-4th Degree. She was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
On December 17, 2021 SGT Carl Frith arrested Jeffrey C Crook age 51 of Gray, KY on a Knox County Bench Warrant for failure to appear on Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence, Driving on DUI Suspended License, and Possession of Open Alcoholic Beverage Container in Motor Vehicle charges. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
On December 18, 2021 Deputy Jesse Smith arrested Jannie Smith age 37 of Pineville, KY on a Kentucky Parole Board Warrant for a Parole Violation charge. She was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center
On December 18, 2021 Deputy Jesse Smith was dispatched to a complaint of an unknown male at an abandoned house on KY 3439 in Bimble. After making contact with the man at the residence, Deputy Smith arrested Thomas Southern age 57 of Louisville, KY charging him with Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
On December 18, 2021 at approximately 5:00 am Deputy Sam Mullins was dispatched to a complaint of a man with blood on his clothing outside of Messer’s Market in Barbourville. After making contact with the man, Deputy Mullins arrested Tony Broughton age 52 of Barbourville, KY charging him with Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
On December 21, 2021 SGT Carl Frith arrested Hersel Hubbard age 31 of Gray, KY on a Knox County Bench Warrant for failure to pay the fine on a Failure to Wear Seat Belts charge. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
On December 24, 2021 at approximately 11:20 pm Deputy Jesse Smith observed a vehicle weaving from side-to-side while traveling south on US 25E in Bimble. After conducting a traffic stop, Deputy Smith arrested Joshua Cook age 39 of Lily, KY charging him with Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence, Improper Registration Plate, and Careless Driving. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
On December 25, 2021 Deputy Jesse Smith was dispatched to a two-vehicle crash on Indian Creek Road in Gray. After conducting an investigation, Deputy Smith arrested Osorio Lopez age 19 of Barbourville, KY charging him with Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place, No Operators License, and Leaving the Scene of an Accident. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
On December 26, 2021 Deputy Bobby Jones arrested Christopher Clark age 36 of Barbourville, KY on a Knox County Arrest Warrant for Criminal Trespass-3rd Degree and a Knox County Bench Warrant for failure to appear on a Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition charge. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
On December 27, 2021 at approximately 10:30 am Deputy Sam Mullins responded to a domestic violence complaint at a residence on Ridge Stone Drive in Barbourville. After conducting an investigation, Deputy Mullins arrested Arron Roark age 38 of Gray, KY charging him with Assault-4th degree. Arron Roark was also wanted on two Knox County Bench Warrants for failure to appear on Operating on Suspended or Revoked Operators License, No Operators License, One Headlight, Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition-Shop Lifting and Criminal Trespassing-2nd Degree. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
