Kentucky State Police, Post 10 Harlan is needing assistance from the public locating an individual in Harlan County.
KSP has active warrants for 29-year-old Johnathan Mitchell of Cranks. Mr. Mitchell is a white male, 5’6’’ with green eyes. Mitchell is wanted in Harlan County for criminal mischief 1st degree, two counts of wanton endangerment 1st degree, criminal trespassing 2nd degree, leaving the scene of an accident and assault 4th degree.
