9:00PM UPDATE - The Bell County Sheriff's Department states that David Niece has been found safe thanks to multiple tips to Bell County Dispatch. The Golden Alert has been canceled.

A Golden Alert has been issued for 53-year-old David Niece of Middlesboro, Ky. Mr. Niece was last seen in Middlesboro on Tuesday, June 18, 2024. What he was wearing is unknown at this time. He is known to be on foot around the Middlesboro Mall and Walmart area.
Mr. Niece is described as 5' 9" tall weighing 138 lbs., balding with gray hair on the side of his head having a gray/white mustache and beard. He has been diagnosed with a medical condition requiring a guardian.
