Glover indicted on theft charges

Update from WRIL -

Lacresha Glover - BCDC

On September 11, 2019 we reported that a Middlesboro woman was arrested on theft warrants involving merchandise not paid for, but pushed out of Wal-mart by juveniles in the company of 26 year old Lacresha Glover.

At the time, Glover was also facing a 2018 criminal complaint taken out by Officer Nick Capps in regard to charges of theft by unlawful taking under $500 and theft by deception under $10,000. She has now been indicted for the charges.

Officer Capps states in the complaint that Glover was an employee of Kay Jewelers in the Middlesboro Mall and on October 22, 2018 she removed a 14-karat white gold Neil Lane engagement ring with a value of $6,249.00. She is also accused of pawning the ring at East End Pawn Shop in Middlesboro for $500 and returning to the shop to sell the ring for $1,500.

She is set to appear in court on December 17, 2019 for arraignment on the indictment.
