From WCYB -
Police in Norton, Virginia are asking for your help in finding a man who went missing the week of November 14th.
41-year-old Jason Mullins is 5’10 with black hair and brown eyes. He's described as having an athletic build and a full beard. Family members tell WCYB it's out of character for Mullins to not stay in contact with them.
Jason Mullins has been missing for over a week now.
He is originally from Clintwood and disappeared after visiting the mother of his children at a hospital in Norton.
Investigators say they've used drones and state police helicopters in the search.
So far, there are no leads. "The last we saw was 12:12 a.m. about 9 days ago,” said Scott Stanley with Norton police. Patrolman Scott Stanley says Mullins was spotted on a security camera right off of Norton Community Hospital.
Those closest to Mullins say the father of two is a devoted family man.
His brother Jared Mullins tell WCYB this is the longest they have ever gone without communicating.
According to the family, Jason’s father drove him to the hospital -- but he left on foot.
Right now - it's unclear as to why.
“Just keep a look out for him and if anything is seen or if anybody knows information -- nothing is too small at this point,” said Mullins’ cousin Jessica Sykes.
The family is now offering a reward to anyone who finds Jason. If you have any information that may help police solve this case...you are urged to call the Norton police department. That number is 276-679-1212.
