From KSP Trooper Shane Jacobs -
On Friday, March 19, 2021, Troopers and Detectives with Kentucky State Police Post 10 responded to Cedar Park Dr. located in the Putney community of Harlan County at 6:51 PM.
This was in reference to a fatal accident involving a two year old child being struck by a vehicle.
No foul play is suspected, Troopers remain on the scene at this time.
