On Wednesday, February 24, 2021, Middlesboro Officer Ryan Collins served a complaint warrant on a Middlesboro man in regard to an incident that is alleged to have occurred on December 19, 2020.
According to the complaint warrant, 19-year-old Gavin Paul Holbrook subjected a female juvenile to sexual contact who is incapable of consent because she is less than (12) twelve years of age.
He was lodged in the Bell County Detention Center charged with sexual abuse – 1st degree victim under 12.
He was also served to outstanding warrants. One for possession of controlled substance, the other an indictment warrant for failure to appear.
While the sexual offense has $250,000 cash bond, the FTA has no bond.
